The existing house was demolished except for the garage area and two bedrooms. A new layout was developed to fit the clients’ unique needs. With 5 children and a very active lifestyle, ample entertainment for adults and children alike was a big priority for this family. The program for this house includes a theater room, a game room with anything from a pool table to a basketball hoop, an art studio, an exercise room, and a fully equipped guest suite.
