Schematic Design
It is the first stage of design, during which schematic diagrams and plans are drawn up to determine the basic layout of the project.
Construction Documents
Drawings and specifications prepared by an architect or designer that are used by the construction trades to build a project. They include everything from site plans and floor plans to construction details and schedules.
Construction Administration
Process of managing a construction project, from its initial planning stages through to completion. As part of this process, construction administrators work with architects and engineers to develop construction plans, select contractors, and oversee construction activity.
Architectural Services
The scope of architectural services can vary greatly, from providing feasibility studies and concept designs all the way through to construction supervision and project management.
Detail Orientated Design
It involves the planning, layout, and construction of the architecture, as well as the selection of materials and finishes.

I cannot say enough about the JSR team, John and Suzanne have been nothing but attentive, caring and always available to answer questions and solve problems. We currently have a major problem with our builder which is unfortunate and not uncommon in Florida, their help has been of tremendous value, we simply could not have gotten this far without their knowledge and willingness to do whatever was necessary to help right the wrongs of our builder. I don’t know whether to start with the design or the people, both are fantastic. John and Andrea and the whole team have been a pleasure to work with, they are professional, friendly and responsive. We wanted to update our 1967 built home and found JSR Design Group online. We met with John and really liked his ideas and when the final plans were drawn, we couldn’t have been happier. Throughout the whole design and building process, Andrea was always helpful and knowledgeable when responding to our requests and questions, of which there were many! To see the transformation of our “cookie cutter” style house, from the one dimensional paper rendering of the design John and his team came up with, into a beautiful, unique and modern home was truly a dream come true
