Description: This was an addition & remodel of a Mediterranean style house. A new wing was created to accommodate bedroom suites for all the client’s children, in addition to a fitness room, garage, covered patio and new porch. The client wanted a modern home, and while this is a remodel, the change in architectural style makes it feel like a new house. The design incorporates new high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass in some areas to allow for ample light, and natural materials.
